If you begin with the $375 review and later move into the $850 or $1,850 advocacy packages, your previous payment is credited toward the upgraded package.
IEP Review & Strategy Call
A professional review of your child’s IEP and school documentation followed by a focused strategy call with Danielle.
Includes:
- Review of IEP and relevant school records
- Identification of academic gaps and missing supports
- Review of behavioral concerns when behavior is a factor
- Identification of weak goals, accommodations, or services
- 45–60 minute strategy phone call
- Actionable next-step recommendations
Best for: Parents who want expert guidance before deciding whether ongoing advocacy support is needed.

- Danielle’s attendance at one IEP meeting (up to 3 hours). Additional meeting attendance requires additional fee.
- Real-time advocacy and guidance during the meeting
- Recommendations regarding supports, placement, accommodations, and services
- Post-meeting follow-up guidance
Best for: Difficult IEP meetings, behavioral disputes, manifestation determinations, placement concerns, or situations where parents feel unheard or overwhelmed.

Continued expert guidance for families who need ongoing support as school concerns and IEP issues evolve over time.
This option is generally used after completing one of the review or advocacy packages above.
Includes:
- One 60-minute strategy call each month
- Ongoing email support during business hours
- Review of relevant updates and school documents
- Guidance on next steps and school communication
- Continued strategy adjustments as issues develop
Extensive document review and meeting attendance are billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
